How can I be so optimistic? Well…..

I know the area. For 35 years I’ve called Birmingham home, and after selling real estate for even longer, I know the area like the back of my hand. I’ve devoted my career to helping buyers and sellers find the home of their dreams in this area. My status as a consistent, top selling agent in the Birmingham/Bloomfield real estate market earned me the partnership at Hannett, Wilson and Whitehouse in 1993.

I enjoy what I do.  My goal is your goal.  I draw upon my extensive market research and local knowledge to help buyers and sellers market aggressively, search thoroughly, make decisions and settle into the community.  What’s new to you may be second nature to me and I will enjoy helping you navigate every step of the way.

Big or small, I handle it all. I specialize in luxury, high-value homes and am known in the area for my competence in handling multi-million dollar real estates sales. Yet, I also appreciate the excitement of helping a new couple or single person find that first home to start their life (together…..this word doesn’t work with adding the word single) 

I like a challenge. I understand that real estate transactions are as emotional as they are financial. Homes are our largest investment and the place we raise our families, enjoy life and plan for tomorrow.  I listen beyond what my clients say to discern what they mean. Then I work to make sure they get what they want, efficiently and professionally.

I am dedicated to the profession.  I believe it is important to give back to your professional community and as such, I am a member of the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors and have served on Arbitration, Grievance and Bylaws Committees.  I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Bloomfield Board of Realtors and MCAR and served on the Nominating, Professional Standards and Standard Forms Task Force Committees. In 1987, I was honored as “Realtor of the Year.”

I’m an animal lover.  I am involved in animal rescue efforts and have saved pets from dangerous or abandonment situations. So, I understand your pet is a member of your family that may also be involved in your move.
